PROCESS
The tray is handwoven by women artisans in Bihar using sun-dried sikki grass. The grass is softened, coiled, and stitched into shape using a metal needle called “takua”. Its clean, minimalist form showcases the intrinsic sheen of natural sikki — a celebration of the material’s purity and the maker’s skill. Every piece is unique, reflecting subtle variations in texture and tone that mark true handmade craftsmanship.
