Each piece at The Parijat Tree is crafted in small batches with intention and care. As a growing small business, we appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain mindful operations.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns on unused, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@theparijattree.com with your order number and details. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS
- Sale items, discounted products, and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
- Slight variations in print, texture, or color are a hallmark of handcraftsmanship and not considered defects.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We strive for perfection, but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@theparijattree.com within 7 days of delivery (ideally within 48 hours) with photos of the issue.
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
As a small-batch business, we currently offer store credit for eligible returns.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive a digital gift card via email equal to your purchase amount (excluding original shipping).
Store credit never expires and can be applied toward any future purchase at The Parijat Tree.
